Faux Clam Strips Recipe for Freshwater Drum

Title: Faux Clam Strips

Servings: 2
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Ingredients: 2 small freshwater drums filet cut into half inch strips
1 cup of flour
2 Tbsp of Louisiana shrimp and crab seasoned
1 tsp of lemon pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 pinch of salt
2 lemons sliced in halfs
Cocktail sauce ( for dipping the strips)
Canola oil for deep frying
Directions: Take the strips and put in the flour and seasoning mixture and coat. Slow add strips in 350 degrees hot oil to brown and scoop out and place on racks to drain oil. Place around cocktail sauce for dipping.
